Thank you for visiting me here! I am a doctoral researcher in education and keen on applying best teaching practices in higher education. My range of interests involves exploring current teaching and communication approaches as well as innovations in and out of the classroom while investigating the use of emerging technologies, particularly with Artificial Intelligence. As I believe that teaching is an evolving process, I am also an enthusiastic learner and enjoy finding out more about learner identity, communication, and behaviour, particularly in the complex realms of the workplace.
Throughout my teaching career, I have taken on many roles: speaker, assessor, and test writer. These varied responsibilities have allowed me to view education from diverse perspectives and grow as a professional.
Professional Communications Trainer for Global Teams (Morocco & Russia)
As Business Co-ordinator with the British Council, I have delivered high-impact professional communications training that strengthens how people think, speak, and respond in real workplace situations, regardless of whether they were presenting, collaborating across teams, engaging clients, or navigating high-stakes conversations.
In Morocco, I trained corporate employees from leading global organisations, including Pfizer and Microsoft, Through a mix of workshops, coaching, facilitation, as well as hands-on practical sessions, participants built clear messaging, improved their confidence in professional dialogue, and achieved greater effectiveness in stakeholder communication; skills that they could apply immediately across day-to-day work and key business moments.
I extended this work to Russia where I trained teams from Estée Lauder. The focus was on polished and culturally-aware communication practices that support smooth cross-functional co-ordination and confident client interactions. Participants developed communication habits that reflected executive-level standards as well as aligned with brand expectations.
Across multiple regions, my training approach has always centred on real performance: clear structure, persuasive communication, confident delivery, and practical language for workplace impact. Whether teams need to refine their professional presence or improve how they handle complex conversations, I make sure that participants leave with tools that they can use right away, on top of the confidence to communicate with clarity and authority in any environment
Language Consultant
As an independent consultant, I have trained candidates proven test-taking strategies and language-learning skills and techniques to improve their English language performance and test scores. I execute test preparation and language learning programmes online and face-to-face that have led to achievement of test target scores. I’ve generated over 200 positive online student feedback.
I help students in higher education to be efficient and effective in their communication skills by redesigning learning processes, utilising both critical thinking as well as online technologies to set students up for success.

I am a versatile, results-driven professional with over 30 years of experience developing exceptional relationships with learners, peers, and senior leadership to provide sustainable educational and business solutions. I am currently a doctoral student and graduated from the University of Leicester with a Masters degree in Applied Linguistics. I have been working as an English Teaching and Communications Professional, a Teacher Trainer, a Soft Skills Corporate Coach, a Business and ICT Co-ordinator, an Assistant Director of Studies as well as being a Cambridge/IELTS Examiner.

I possess superb project leadership abilities and relationship management skills with strong expertise in the language, education, and communication sector. My problem-solving and analytical thinking skills and ability to adapt to evolving learning and education industry trends have generated revenue and positive publicity for academic institutes that I have worked for, particularly the British Council. I am a dedicated professional with the drive and skill-set to excel in a fast-paced leadership role enhancing an educational institution’s reputation in being the cutting edge leader in today’s competitive learning markets. My work ethic is founded on 'whatever-it-takes' attitude and diligent persistence to ensure all projects are completely fulfilled to the utmost.
